Toy Fables Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on item location:
- US Warehouse Items: Delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.
- International/Overseas Items (including items shipped from China): Delivered within 
  10-20 business days after processing, depending on customs clearance and carrier 
  network.
- If your order contains items from both US and overseas warehouses, items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delays
- Delays caused by customs inspections, holidays, peak seasons, weather, or carrier 
  disruptions are outside our control, and Toy Fables is not liable for such delays.

Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed for each shipment once it leaves the warehouse. Please 
  allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate, and note that overseas tracking may 
  update less frequently than domestic US tracking.

Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 
  Toy Fables is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address 
  information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact 
  the carrier directly to file a claim. Toy Fables will assist with documentation but is 
  not liable for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Customs & Duties
- For overseas items, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the item price at checkout. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery for these items.

Split Shipments
- Multi-item orders sourced from different warehouses may arrive separately. This does not qualify as a missing or incomplete order; please allow the full delivery window for all items to arrive before contacting support.
